The legal deadline that obliges the Organizer to refund the purchase made on the platform is up to 7 business days after payment. It is your right of withdrawal provided for in art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code.

Please, send an email to sec.rehuna@gmail.com requesting the cancellation, including your full name, so that we can refund the percentage of the amount paid or cancel the purchase with the credit card company, depending on how the registration payment was made according to the details below.

Deadlines:

• Withdrawals notified until December 31, 2023: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Withdrawals notified until January 24: 30% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• After January 24, 2024, there will be no refund. It is allowed to transfer the spot to another person. In this case, please contact us to request changes to the registration with all the data of the substitute registrant.
• The refund period will be 45 days after the event. When the original payment was made by credit card, the time frame depends on the speed of your credit card in refunding the amount to your invoice.
