Posters and presentations will be submitted in a specific field in the restricted area for those registered for the event. The deadline for submitting abstracts will be from 09/30/2023 to 15/01/2024. The abstracts will be analyzed by the Scientific Committee and the participant will be notified by email about the acceptance or rejection of their work.
Each participant may submit up to 3 submissions, each one with up to 8 co-authors. Upon submission, the participant will choose a theme and sub-theme for each abstract, as well as the presentation method, which may be a digital poster or presentation. However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to reclassify the theme or the mode of presentation.
A standardized layout will be made available for creating posters and presenting coordinated communications.
Abstracts must be structured containing the following information:
– Title (up to 15 words)
– Summary (up to 500 words) containing: introduction, objective, methodology, results and conclusion or essay.
– Descriptors: 3 to 5 DECS or Mesh Terms descriptors
If it is an essay (reflective studie), the text does not need to be structured and the summary limit is 500 words.

Step 5: Add the paper’s authors and indicate the name of who will be the presenter.
Step 6: Before finishing, make sure you read and agree to the submission rules.
